("Gowin" or the "Company")
GBP250,000 Fundraising
The Company is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of GBP250,000 by way of convertible loan notes (the "Convertible Loan") from the following individuals: Mr Chao Chih-Feng (GBP100,000), Mr Dai Ming-Hsuan (GBP50,000) and Mr Tsai Cheng-Feng (GBP100,000).
The Convertible Loan Notes will be used immediately to, inter alia, to support the Company's short term working capital requirements. Each Noteholder of the Convertible Loan Notes, which are interest-free, may convert the whole or any part of his holding of Notes (subject to a minimum aggregates principal amount of GBP10,000 being converted each time) into fully paid New Ordinary Shares at the rate of one Ordinary Share for every GBP0.002 principal amount of Notes converted.
