GBG announces that, on 12 January 2017, Richard Linford, Non-Executive Director of the Company:

   --      sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 289.96p per share; and 

-- purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 292.54p per share for the purposes of investing in an ISA.

Following this notification, Mr. Linford continues to have a beneficial holding of 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.22% of the issued share capital.
