Posting of Report & Accounts, Posting of Circular & Notice of AGM
Gama Aviation Plc, one of the world's largest business aviation service providers, is pleased to announce that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 2.00 p.m. on 2 June 2016 at the offices of the Company, Business Aviation Centre, Farnborough Airport, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 6XA.
Within the Notice of Annual General Meeting is a shareholder resolution to effect a capital reduction in order to create distributable reserves which would allow the Company to return cash to shareholders by way of dividends, should it be desirable to do so.
As announced on 21 April 2016 in the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2015, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 2.5p per share, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting and conditional on the capital reduction being effected. The Company therefore expects the dividend to be paid on or around 15 July 2016 to all shareholders on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on 1 July 2016. The ex-dividend date will be on 30 June 2016.
