Issue of Equity

The Company announces that following the receipt of exercise notices for employee options, it has issued 2,287,744 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive and Employee Shareholder Status share option plans.

Accordingly, an application has been made for the 2,287,744 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 08.00 on 5 July 2016. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 158,675,570 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
