James Fisher and Sons plc ("the Company")
Notification of Director's Interest in Shares
Notification made in accordance with Article 19 (3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company was notified on 7 September 2016 that on that date Mr Charles Rice, the Chairman of the Company and Mrs Carol Rice, his wife, sold 1,900 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 1607 pence per share. The shares sold were held in the joint names of Mr and Mrs Rice. The shares sold were acquired prior to Mr Rice's appointment as Chairman of the Company and were not acquired pursuant to the Trading Plan entered into between Mr Rice and Investec Bank plc on 7 March 2013.
Following this transaction Mr Rice has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 22,410 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
