NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF GBP0.01 EACH IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY ("Shares")

The Company has been notified that Jonathan Young, the Chief Information Officer of the Company who is designated as a PDMR, acquired 6,400 Shares at a price of 568.707 pence per Share on 19 April 2016. Following the purchase, Jonathan Young has a beneficial interest in 6,400 Shares, representing approximately 0.006 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
