Sale of investments

29 March 2016 - Duke Royalty Limited ("Duke Royalty" or the "Company"), a public diversified royalty company (AIM: DUKE), today announces that it has sold its investment interests in ASX listed Ausgold Limited, ASX listed A-Cap Resources, TSX-V listed Maya Gold and Silver and TSX-V listed Revelo Resources via a number of on-market and OTC transactions for an aggregate cash consideration of approximately GBP830,000.

The funds raised from the disposals will be used to provide additional working capital as the Company progresses towards its inaugural royalty transaction as per the Company's announcement on 7 March 2016.
