Asia Wealth was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 7 October 2010 for the purpose of making acquisitions of wealth management related companies in Asia that seek to address the region's growing number of HNWIs.
In April 2011, Asia Wealth made its first acquisition when it acquired the Meyer Group, a group of companies providing wealth management advisory services with a focus on Asian based high net worth individuals.
Asia Wealth will seek to acquire additional wealth management businesses in the Asian region, including China.
It has identified several targets and is currently carrying out initial early stage due diligence on these.
