Property Transactions
Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (NEX: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the sale of Bridge House, Luton for GBP4,550,000. The property was purchased for GBP2,750,000 as announced on 10 November 2014.
On 26 January 2016 the Company announced the sale of Hume House, Leeds for GBP3,550,000 with completion in December 2016. Subsequently the purchaser has been unable to complete the purchase and therefore the Company retains ownership of the property and receipt of the rental income of GBP188,000 p.a. Ace remains convinced the current market will provide an opportunity to sell the property in the near future and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
