A lot more ro be made and at the same time, give it to others for peanuts without market really knowing the transaction price , and they can then make a stack too, selling at 6p lol

No need for happy Harry, regulatory eye opening £1 share price to mint it

I'm sure the gurus, as a paid for service , have covered this so I shall just reiterate it

"It will never have a significant rise again "

OK so, opti is the overlord. Everyone knows that. And sbtx is just the spinout of a template

"News has no value anymore "

From 133p and since August 2018, note every RNS opti has released. All positive. Deals, study results etc etc

Now note the volume spikes in each window over those 6 years

Obviously news for distribution given share price right?

That's all news will be here. And its why you got a bond facilty...to offload cheap to the usual cronies so money can be made at low prices

The days of extended rallies etc are over. You will just get periodic spikes, again , like at opti , for distribution

It's all a distribution milking machine

You have the evidence from the old parent re opti, and the value of constant good news lol

As I say, I'm sure the gurus gave all highlighted this with historic evIdence, opti and of course via template, sbtx

May 2021

OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes and skincare, announces that its entire shareholding in SkinBioTherapeutics plc (AIM: SBTX) consisting of 36,138,569 ordinary shares representing 23.1% of SkinBioTherapeutics plc's total issued share capital, has been dematerialised and transferred to a nominee CREST account (Dowgate Wealth). OptiBiotix plc remains the beneficial owner of the transferred 36,138,569 ordinary shares.

...

Ok so in the 60s or 70s, dematerialised for open market dumping

.....

Confirmation of gerbils required in consolidation for said:

The media outlets for distribution requirements :

An excellent chat with Stuart, which lasted 42-minutes, left me in no doubt I do not have enough shares. So it is about time to get very greedy. Next week, I will be trimming some profits to put into SBTX before it is too late to take advantage because I do not want to pay over £1 when my average is less than 8p

...

Around dematerialisation price as liquidity was dried up mid way point of consolidation

........

Then the big dump tr1

Point is, who didn't see that outcome after dematerialisation ?

Whoever got caught in the 60s, I hope you ended subscription

Tis all I can say

That was back in the day when the share price was 60-70 pence

The good old days.

......

Well, some news stopped people selling, and more buying . Which all led to a TR1 from the 60-70 days from opti selling of months , in the price range

Make your own mind up on that and Mr Shampoo

Before you read this I would like to state that although I am superior in many ways I have not had access to any insider information and Stuart is my bestie ( no not that Stuart) Also my last rather complex post was met with great acclaim and Stuart thought he had seen a mention in the NYT

I am not saying I am responsible for the share price rise but what I am saying is that I am responsible for the recent share price rise Convertible bond jiggery pokery May have played its part but more likely my brilliant resume with the rather complex title Now as you know I have obtained some information from a paid for subscription service which I cannot name as Lemming Investors I now have a ridiculous app on my phone which is attempting to access my list of friends but mum and dad may not be happy .. I digress Did I mention that my last article was held in high regard and likely caused this dramatic rise Now because of the secret and delicate nature myself and Stu ( wink wink) cannot reveal much more as we don’t want anyone contacting the NOMAD do we? Now I don’t think I can reveal much more but nudge nudge I may have touched on why the share price has surged but in no way would I want you to think it was related in any way to my brilliant highly regarded article. I must go now because I am expecting a call from Stuart( not related in anyway to SA of Skin fame wink wink nudge nudge) That’s all I can say for now but I must give a hat tip to MR Lemming of the well advertised paid for service at £30 pa but in no way do the opinions given here reflect Mr Lemming,s views they are mine and mine alone Thank You Oh my phone is ringing it may be Stuart

Yep, looks like Sederma are already masters of skin microbiome, so what do they see in the Sbtx product ? Why didn’t they mention Sbtx or the product by name in the video?

...

It's as if the video was produced in a manner that, if it got out beyond a room full of retail investors there was no way to associate Croda/Sederma to sbtx or a particular product..re press etc

Anyone know what happens if the bonds can’t be converted if the share price falls below the minimum conversion price ?

...

Technically, no. I don't here

Surely not much point in buying sub 4p if bonds can’t be converted below 4p?

So share price is a complete fkn irrelevance to all within and making on peripheral

Millions made and share price never a thought, until...

Share sells are the make in a period, like for opti

"Studyyy"

Look gerbils, look 😂

Convs. from 1.6m drawn so far
50k at 10.25p
80k at 9.5p
80k at 7.2p

So another 1,390,000 to convert to cash, but at what share price ?

‘ the minimum conversion price (£0.0475 for the first tranche) ‘ ? (25th Jan RNS)

So not sure why I would pay over 4.7p for shares here ?
