Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 20 January that earlier today Till Campe, Non-Executive Director, acquired 1,800 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of GBP2.49 per Ordinary Share.
