Witht the share price at 4p I am not surprised..They will get Sceptre for less than 10p a share!!

Took a punt here by buying 100k @ 3.7p shortly before the de-listing.

Was surprised that the recent AGM being held before the Annual Report being published...spoke with the FD and he said it was nothing untoward and that the April 2012 year end results would be published a little before Xmas time.

I've been following the recent sector consolidation with the Austrian Novomatic buying the industry leading operator Gamestec and then BFG (Bell Fruit)

German group Gauselmann is a rival to Novomatic and Sceptre have been recently collaborating with them:-

...now it seems Gauselmann are about to buy No2 industry operator Sceptre:-

Silence is golden, and the share price still goes down.

Maybe they can't afford the fee to issue an RNS.
Would the company like to enlighten us?

Been told of possible criminal charges relating to the Weston Castle non payment.

The whole story would make interesting reading and would be completely substantiated, with fact not gossip.

On to the main point:
Results and share price, as expected. Point to make, debt should be reduced as soon as possible (no pun intended)!!
All IMHO

Well said Scept.

What are you doing to raise the share price price ?
Posted at 29/11/2011 16:17 by tb17
oh dear oh dear oh dear is this a new 3 year low
never mind the directors can double their share options to make up the differance

Good solid foundations have been formed, good reputation built, SCEL should be market leaders soon. Good job done i'd say. Next results should back that up, then maybe, just maybe the share price will reflect the actual position of the company.

tb17 - Yes I have faith.

I bought on the relist. Didn't really know the company in its previous life.
I have had communications with a number of staff including directors and all is positive (and has been during the last 2 years).

IMO the current share price does not reflect the current position.

After growth combined with debt management the company is in great shape, just a pity the share price isn't.

Confidence is everything, and the Directors need to show they have faith, hint hint!!

If one of the Director PURCHASED a few shares the price may rise through confidence. A couple of grand might double the price.

It's amazing what a simple RNS showing faith can do.
