This company is now under Administration. It didn't survive the recent Share suspension as was hoped for.

No value will be realised for Shareholders.

These shares now trade at a PER of approx. 4 - for a cash generative business that must be exceptionally low and no doubt tempt the management to pursue an MBO. the balance sheet is a bit too geared for the launching of a dividend but in a couple of year´s time no doubt they should be able to pay out at least 2p/share. this looks VERY cheap, albeit a bit risky.

I notice that both the board and the senior management team are participating in the new 20p placing. Quite chunky amounts......

But it's a bit amazing to read that yet again they got the (pre-Christmas) stock wrong, this time to the tune of £1.5m. All the more incredible when the business is small enough to be able to keep a handle on pretty much every paperclip.

However perhaps they are gradually getting a grip on this niche trade? I think I'm correct in saying that over the past years the Dirs have subscribed to quite a lot of shares and must be well out of pocket on all their buys. Either they have plenty of confidence or silver spoon bottomless pockets.

Anyone on the ground who knows just how it really is at PDR and whether or not the incumbents are any good or not?

AGM announcement ok. Share price drops-typical in todays market!

It does appear that once again the sells are being soaked up without remit to the share price so I am expecting a large buy order being filled too. The spread is usually indicative of how easily a share is traded......and these are so tightly held that they are not traded a lot and relatively few are in the hands of small holders like you and I. So I do not think the spread is at all unusual - after all, the spread is hardly moving as the share price rises hence in % terms actually diminishing. Anybody's guess as to the promised trading update next week, though I am expecting cautiously bullish - may be a rush tomorrow and Monday?

DoQ. Looking back at the long term chart and results going back to 2003, I don't think that PDR traded on a higher pe than 12. Future earnings involve much guessetimating at the mo, and the directors have not recently been buying (unlike the last onslaught of directors buys when the share price when vertical). Also, as you say, debt is a worry - just look at Homebuy (I was lucky to bail out before disaster struck).

So, PDR is not for widows and orphans, but in a stock challenge, what the hell!

Thanks Ian. Bit of a shock to see that but I reckon I've hit the front too early. PDR and ACMH both flying today and RENE finishing positive after being trashed early on.

PDR graph looks a beauty and it is one of my doublers for 2007 - unusually for me, as much based on the chart as the fundamentals. I have to say the debt worries me a little though.

My target of the share price doubling in a few weeks might happen quicker than I thought ;-)

Should see some strong action soon - Possible trading update?

As long as Christmas is reasonable, and the directors appear to be confident it will be. I think the share price will move up fairly rapidly once the good news starts to trickle through.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the share price double within the next few months!

Hi CR,

Very interesating. Some Very Big trades went through. I hope so! they will be out of the restricted period now the results are out. If it is, the share price should shoot up once its out.

Whatever way, someone is prepared to pay good money for a slug of these?

My other thoughts, is someone wanting to take these over? wouldn't cost much at the moment and there is good future growth?
