I M P O R T A N T . I N F O R M A T I O N

If anyone holding this share (it will have been in certificated form) gets a call telling them that a company is anxious to acquire a 51% holding in OAH for an unlikely (large) amount of money, it is a SCAM and potential fraud. Do not give any personal financial details.

After ringing off, it could be helpful to log the caller's number by dialling 1471, which surprisingly worked in my case - i.e. it did not report 'number withheld' as I expected.

Then please report it to Action Fraud by using their online fraud reporting tool, or by speaking to their specialist fraud advisers on 0300 123 2040.

Looks like they won't fix that for awhile yet - still OAH.

Agree tomboyb especially with the strong LDP connection here at OAH aka Pires Investments

Pre trading this a.m. i.e. when still suspended how many shares did OAH have outstanding? X this number by 0.1 and then add the £1.7M new money.

Hence a MKT CAP of only £100K + £1.7M in cash

At the open the mid price was 0.2p wasn't it? (0.15-0.25p)

I'm afraid i know nothing of OAH - just read the placing of 1.7billion shares at 0.1p - that effectively gives a 3.4mill cap at 0.20p and over 5mill at 0.30p -

Shells are always high risk high reward -

A better way of looking at it ARGY2 is that OAH aka Pires Investments have at the open a MKT CAP of £100K + £1.7M in cash.

IMO this is the next LDP i.e. a MULTI BAGGER

OAH

Same people here at OAH as were behind LDP....MKT CAP only 100K pre-new money raised [£1M]

At 0.1 [1/10th of a penny!] OAH offers a multi bagger....my share price target is a return to pre suspension price of 1.25p

So a 12.5X BAGGER at OAH

In future I'll stick with 100% holdings in my own companies and never buy a share in another company. What a tale of incompetence OAH was. Stuck now with an investment in this Pires company.

"The company registrar and/or the stock exchange should hold a publicly accessible register of shareholders. However the names of shareholders who hold their shares in a broker/registrar nominee account will not be available as they are held sort of at arm's length."

This chap after the shares is certainly keen. First there was a phone call and the promise of an email. The next day the email arrived and later on the same day another phone call to follow up. I also think my friend is tempted to sell, so we may find out if its a scam...or not!

Have to say the form is an acceptance of the terms to handover the shares within the next 6 months, the share certificate itself is not being asked for (just the details of quantity of shares held) and no money has been finalised. Maybe the price range suggested was to allow for possible price movement if the deal is not immediate? Maybe they wait till all deals are finalised (presume they contact all people who hold their own certificates) then make all the transactions at the same time, whence also the six month time scale?

I remember a few years back when I was active in sharedealing (these are my only share holding now - only because Ive given up on them, I prefer spreadbetting as you dont have to wait for an upturn in the market. Very useful in these uncertain times!). Anyway, I stumbled upon a company whos name escapes me, but it reminded me of Anglo welsh. The share price had dropped to a penny, and some of the discussion board members had been sitting on these shares for upto several years. This is absolutley no kidding, but I found this company, chatted to a few people and few days later (if even that) I returned to it and I could not beleive my eyes. The price was up at 80p after hitting £1. It had virtually overnight been the subject of a takeover since my first visit days previous - no warning signs, no build up, just bang - were off.
