I think 450p is a fair price. If it isn't the company should raise more funds and be more aggressive with its overseas scholl expansion.

Interim Results out today which were pretty good. Share price up. Lots of potential to develop more inernational schools in China, Malaysia and the Middle East. Active instutiotions on the shareholder register to ensure that the company delivers.

NAE seems a reasonable core holding in a diversified portfolio. Not badly hit by the recent share fallout . Considerable growth going forward.
On close watch. !

Yes oniabsta, those are very confident statements. I think the company can justify them due to the relative simplicity and ease of expansion of their business activities. Share price is showing good strength in weak markets.

Penpont - i agree with your comments and you're not to late to the party, this company has a very exciting future imo.
Personally i think it is the best find i have come across in an age.
My normal trading routine is to generally topslice and buy back on dips, but not this share, i will not be topslicing, only buying on pullbacks.
Trouble is it doesn't pullback very often!

I've heard this a lot of times on the bb's but genuinely i'm in this one for the long haul.

intersting that the offer was rejected. I think that 200p was actually a fair valuation of the company at the moment. If the share price now drops significantly, there will be an opportunity to buy back in. I will buy at anything below 150p.

Principle Capital Partners Ltd has said it is considering a bid for Nord Anglia Education PLC, but warned it is unlikely to make an offer at the current share price.
