Posted at 07/7/2023 17:28 by scubadiverr I don't think you can. It no longer has a public listing. I'd contact MCL |
Posted at 07/7/2023 17:05 by xenomorph1 i have shares of MCL on IB and now they are called "MLC.OLD"why is that? Please help what that means??? |
Posted at 02/2/2023 06:17 by paul planet earth Back to where it started nothings changed, lending hadn't changed, its been restricted in readiness for winding up and delisting, share price will be 0p, MCL has no cash to buy out small pi's, check the balance sheet..all that rubbish when the loan 'clause' was aligned to the March maturement of the existing loan.. pure fantasy..small pi's got excited and misread that RNS, there was nothing new in it...sp crashed back to where it stated with SOA not agreed and delisting the only option, one step away from going into administration...as always DYOR! |
Posted at 19/12/2022 11:20 by paul planet earth Delusional!SpArmada Price: 1.255 No Opinion RE: SoA progressToday 11:09 Contrary to Amigo, the share price has not risen in the previous weeks and the 19:1 dilution wasn't accounted before the announcement. IMO Morses' share price already prices in the dilution, and if the SoA is approved, the company will be able to raise equity in 2024 at a price much higher than 1p. |
Posted at 26/11/2022 08:33 by paul planet earth Blackhorse can you share the link where you claim MCL has £140m cash?In fact can you share the link to growing revenues, profits, dividends, cash...in fact a link to any evidence that supports your wild claims.. This is a loss making business where funders as Fenners66 has quite rightly pointed out want to exit by extracting as much cash as they can before the business folds..Its a sensible move given the risks and uncertainty around the SOA. This is all documented in the various RNS's the fact that the funders are unwilling to commit to extend funding over the Christmas Peak period, the March deadlines when the loans mature, the relaxation of loan covenants to avoid triggering administration, the decline in customer numbers, falling revenues, reported losses, and on going cash commitments to repaying borrowers through the 42m provision with next to nothing with cash at bank. In fact MCL only really exists to manage down the existing customer loan base while lenders extract the cash to cover their backs..most of the business operational time is spent cleaning up existing customer claims with no new funding coming in, its an orderly way of winding down operations. The only opportunity is the SOA is agreed with the FCA and funders feel comfortable enough with the terms to inject new funding..But this as yet is not reality just speculation..The reality is MCL is on a knife edge and Blackhorse none of what you say on revenues, profits, cash, dividends is true is just made up hog wash! Blackhorse2317 Nov '22 - 11:40 - 2034 of 2124 It’s big gap in here to make money , share price down from 90p to 3p , because oversold & over reacted … MCAP 3m but group has liquidity 140m , it’s profitable business , I am happy to invest here because high liquidity against mcap . once schemes arrangement sorted which could be any day , share price back to 90p , I bet .. meantime company generating millions revenues |
Posted at 24/11/2022 13:31 by madmaxhunter Loving the long debate about what is so simple. If they get the arrangement agreed there is a chance of survival and big % increase in share price. If the arrangement fails they are totally bust and nil share price.Institutions don’t hold because they think there is an upside, they have written it off and moved on. They hold the shares simply because if there was a recovery, no matter how slim the chances, they would look like fools inside their organisation. |
Posted at 15/11/2022 20:37 by blackhorse23 MCL typically pays dividend 3p to 4p every year save 2022 , share price Now 2.40p , upon scheme arrangements share price will open up 20p , it has excellent profit margins . once all shorted & back to dividend it will go back to 90p level as it was before |
Posted at 04/9/2022 13:52 by blackhorse23 If you have some money buy MCL & chill , all bad news away , now good news on the way which will see significant jump of share price , it's one year dividend cover the share price , no shares in this value right now |
Posted at 04/9/2022 08:20 by paul planet earth No wonder MCL share price crashed 95% if Blackhorse is your typical ramping investor I'm not surprised afterall he did buy in back in Feb at 55p, share price now just 5p with major rights issue in the offing afterall you need cash to fund that £45m provision for miselling loans and paying refunds! |
Posted at 29/8/2022 11:26 by blackhorse23 MCL profit 4.6m at 2022 but Mcap 6m ?? it's a bargain ! Typically company pays dividend 3-5p per year but share price trading 5.5p .. revenue increase 11.2% , customer increase 15.7% , loan book increase 4.2% ... however set aside fund 42.9m for claim & any unused funds could back to profit accounts in 2023 ... growth & profitability could bring this share price back to 100p levels again at 2023 |
