HI, bisiboy you are so right Their seems to be a lack of members on this board are you
aware of any other BBs? All we can hope is if more LDC share holders
come on board we may get some reaction from the management.
kind regards William.

BISIBOY, are we on the same page, is it LDC you are talking about ? far as iam conserned the management are sat on
their ars...s bleating on about covid is now holding things up, where most other companies are zooming
and getting on with the job. It is years now we have been waiting for a settlement, whilst the management keep drawing their salaries.
Nice number ,and a total lack of monthly progress reports .

I exited at the 5p (I think that was the price) a few years back and that seems to have been the best exit.

"Seems" is not the right word topvest

Office costs say it all, regarding the directors

Yes, the operating costs are very high. No doubt, there is difficulty associated with getting value from the Chinese investment but the staff costs are excessive. I exited at the 5p (I think that was the price) a few years back and that seems to have been the best exit. I wonder whether Volvere shareholders are aware of this. That's why I avoided that one, despite much better returns.

Looks like the last knockings of the LDC Fraud. The old three card trick in action here. Richpoint get full control of LDC and the money goes straight back to them!!!
Look at the directors of Zhongying - Ng, Littlewood's hoppo, and then there is the sole director of Richpoint there as well. And what financial information is there on Zhongying - one out of date line on assets and liabilities. No doubt the LDC directors will help themselves to the remaining cash as their end of the deal. Complete sham. The FCA should use this as a training exercise for fraud.

I'm confused...can someone tell me, is the simon littlewood from china new finance the same one as the simon littlewood from ldc...?
Posted at 09/6/2016 23:01 by loverat
Yeah - I think there is another Simon Littlewood who operarates in the area. He is probably sick and tired of being mistaken for a crook like the former LDC director.

Littlewood is an incompetant and dishonest small time fool. His wife the same.

As for Oxford Uni - it churns out many of the nations fools.. Many AIM directors, commentators and indeed government politicians - including the Prime Minister.

That's if Littlewood did not lie about going there, that is.

The legal action against Littlewood is one they are supposedly pursuing actively.

They haven't announced what the rights issue price will be, but no doubt the whole exercise if it happens will be beneficial to the crooks

Out of interest what price are the new shares being offered at?
Posted at 27/12/2015 10:35 by marksp2011
Although he did get 12 months, I never worked out if he was a greedy fool or a fraudster.

All the money was stolen long before he became involved. Well, should we say that shares had been sold in a cash shell that had no cash long before Pearson was involved in the company

The RNS he issued were nonsensical. The history of how the money appeared as a result of intercompany transfers was completely implausible

This ticks so many of the "stay away" boxes it makes me wonder why rational people can be so gullible.

I have made some howling mistakes in my time but I have learned my lessons. I don't touch AIM at all. I have moved to the Nick Train (Finsbury Growth and Income), Terry Smith (Fundsmith) and Buffett world not a guarantee of success but the reasonable growth from their portfolios was beating my mixed bag of punts stellar/dog/stagnant approach which were netting out at nothing.

I will not trade illiquid stocks any more. When half a dozen punters can run a price up 100% by lunchtime and then try to bail before the bubble bursts that afternoon leaving dozens holding some bizarre pile off poo with a share price of 1p and 300% spread
