Posted at 04/1/2013 15:48 by pugugly Looks as though someone had mis-read the subscription price as 1p and not 1/10th of a p - Otherwise why pay more than £0.001p )ie:- 10 shares for 1p) Burning fingers ? 04 January 2013 Statement re share price The Directors of GEM note the recent movement in the Company's share price on AIM and confirm that they are not aware of any reason for this movement. Further to the announcement by the Company on 28 December 2012, GEM is still completing the subscription for new ordinary shares in the Company ("Subscription") at a price of GBP0.001 per share and expects to be able to provide final details regarding the Subscription early next week. |

Posted at 15/9/2008 20:30 by reckless_rat If RAB get their investors to agree to the 3 year moratorium on redemptions they should be under no immediate pressure to sell out of GBF, etc, but it will still cast a long shadow over the share price given the size of the overhang. If RAB get turned down, then it will be bloody; their EGM is later this month. |
