Just when will cashed up ECR Minerals hit the Jackpot ask @TMSreach "...the company is well placed to continue to roll out a busy programme for 2024 with a set of promising assets and money in the bank. In the near term, prospective investors should look out for results from continued exploration and drilling at Bailieston, Creswick and Lolworth...."https://total-market-solutions.com/2024/03/ecr-minerals-plc-3/

#ECR ⛏️ Whilst drilling Kuboid Hill, our Chief Geologist Adam Jones found visible gold from the splitter whilst inspecting samples from the now completed drilling.

This can by no means indicate any amount of gold other than to highlight a visible presence of gold in quartz.👌

The @TMS_MarketInfo has an interesting poll on ECR...Today ...Is ECR the new EEE?Similar geology, Similar potential outcome and similar share price action all round, even after monsters results. EEE went then from 1.5p to 12pMadness to think no more news flow until results.

Barony - if you read the ECR April RNS you will see that Panther sold its 30% interest in Blue Mountain whilst Bluekebble sold its 70% interest to ECR making a total purchase by ECR of 100% in Blue Mountain. Panther's (PALM's) half year results to 30 June 2023 were announced today and those results refer to Panther's sale of 30% interest in Blue Mountain.

Spangler makes a good point in that the Panther half year results goes on to say that the consideration of 31 million ECR shares issued by way of the consideration for Blue Mountain were disposed of in the market. Spangler has explained that that disposal of 31 million shares did not help sentiment in ECR. Astute on the part of Spangler to spot this.

For those that didn't read the PALM update this year, this might explain a little of the ECR weakness.

Sale of Queensland Asset to ECR Minerals plc

On 5 April 2023, the Company announced that it has entered into a conditional agreement to sell Panther's 30% interest in the Blue Mountain Project, Queensland, Australia, comprising the Denny Gully Gold property, (the "Proposed Acquisition"), to ECR Minerals plc (LON:ECR). If the conditions to completion are satisfied, the total consideration under the agreement is GBP£200,000 of which 30% is due to Panther, to be settled by the issue of 31,913,196 ordinary shares in ECR Minerals plc at a price of 0.6267p. The Proposed Acquisition is conditional, inter alia, upon ECR Minerals plc obtaining Australian Ministerial approval for the transfer of the tenements comprising the Blue Mountain Project. All conditions were satisfied, the ordinary shares were issued. The Company's entire holding in ECR Minerals plc was disposed of after the period end.

Just as thought, the new mgt pulled the raising trigger before barely getting the seat warm. The share price has held up well today as a consequence but will no doubt inevitably fall back to the placing price. And just to make sure they get it through they have put your hand up your back.
Long termers very unlikely to see a return now. Instead of taking the easy option and feathering some nests, they should have continued selling none core assets until the share price attained a better level.

Potential Exploration Targets Defined from Recently Completed LIDAR Survey at the Hurricane Project, North Queensland

ECR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the exploration and development company focused on gold in Australia is pleased to announce it has received data from the recently completed LIDAR survey at exploration tenements (EPM 27518, EPM 25855 and EPM 19437) located in NE Queensland, together known as the Hurricane Project ("Hurricane Project"). Interpretation of the LIDAR data shows potential outcrops along strike at the existing Gold and Antimony mineralised quartz breccias known as the Tornado, Cyclone and Holmes prospects.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- Aerial LIDAR survey completed over exploration tenements EPM 27518, EPM
25855 and EPM 19437, together known as the Hurricane Project.

-- Interpretation of LIDAR shows resistant ridgeline structures along
strike at the existing Gold and Antimony mineralised quartz breccias
known as the Tornado, Cyclone and Holmes prospects. The Board believes
that the structures could also host other mineralised breccias that have
yet to be explored.

-- A follow up site visit to evaluate the identified structures with rock
chip sampling will take place in August 2023.

ECR CEO Andrew Haythorpe commented: The ECR board are acutely aware of the impact that challenging markets are currently having on our shareholders, and I am therefore pleased to be able to report solid progress at our Hurricane project, with some high resolution detail generated by the recent LIDAR survey. This is a project that I personally have detailed knowledge of and am vested in through work undertaken prior to my joining ECR as CEO. Our plan is to get boots back on the ground next month in order that we can firm up what the historical data, early fieldwork and the LIDAR findings have led us to believe -- which is that Hurricane is a later stage gold and antimony property with exceptional near-term development potential."

"I look forward to reporting on progress in the coming weeks and months."

The extent of the LIDAR survey with the regional structural trends and known prospects can be found here:

LIDAR SURVEY

The LIDAR (Light detection and ranging) survey is a well proven aerial survey method that sends out thousands of laser points to map the undulations of the ground surface in incredible detail. The initial Hurricane project LIDAR survey took place over an area of 50 square kilometres during the May to June in order to evaluate the terrain and plan for drill access to the Tornado, Cyclone and Holmes prospects (see Figure One above).

INTERPRETATION OF LIDAR DATA

The processing of the LIDAR data has revealed a number of such topography highs along strike at the Tornado, Cyclone and Holmes prospects (see Figure Two above), and in particular we are pleased to note that the weathering of the rock surrounding these known mineralised quartz breccias and stockwork veins has produced detailed, high resolution topography pictures. Although the Company cannot confirm that the outcrops identified from LIDAR host any mineralisation at this juncture, historically LIDAR interpretations generally represent a cost and time effective way to identify targets with potential for extensions to mineralisation, and these results add to our confidence in the project potential.

NEXT STEPS

The geology team have now scheduled a 'boots on the ground' field visit to investigate these targets during August. The targets will be mapped and rock chip samples will be taken to evaluate any mineralisation at the delineated targets, and also to provide additional targets for follow-up drilling.

Approval Received For Two Further Exploration Tenements in Victoria, Australia

ECR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the exploration and development company focused on gold in Australia, is pleased to announce it has received approval for two new exploration tenements in Victoria, Australia.

HIGHLIGHTS

New tenement EL007296 now completes the total exploration package at Bailieston, Victoria.
New Creswick tenement EL006713 effectively connects EL006184 and EL006907, creating a continuous land package from ECR’s Springmount property south through to the outskirts of Ballarat
ECR CEO Andrew Haythorpe commented: “This is a great start to 2023 for our Company. The new Bailieston tenements effectively cover the strike extension of the Bailieston Anticline, providing us with an opportunity to continue with the Blue Moon drill campaign and push further west. The new Creswick tenement means that our land package there now provides almost uninterrupted land access from our Springmount property to the outskirts of Ballarat, which given our field team believe they have identified a new parallel gold system at Davey Road and South Davey (see December 23 2022 announcement here) should now mean we can fully explore these anomalies through to their origin.”

“Our field teams will be on the ground on our new tenements during Q1 2023, and I very much look forward to reporting on progress.”

The location of the new tenements can be found here:

Figure 1: hxxps://www.ecrminerals.com/images/2023/Fig1_New_Tenements_230102.png

EL0007296 and EL006713 have been formally approved by the Victorian Government as of the 28th December 2022. Initial ground activities such as mapping, soil and rock chip sampling will begin in early 2023.

EL007296 adjoins EL5433 and covers the strike extension of the Bailieston Anticline. Known mineralisation occurring across the Bailieston prospects at HR3, Cherry Tree and Blue Moon are closely related to this anticline, and to date, there is no record of any exploration taking place within these new tenements.

EL006713 is located between ECR’s two other approved tenements EL006184 and EL006907 at Creswick, and effectively creates a continuous land package from ECR’s Brewing Lane property at Springmount south through to the outskirts of Ballarat. The approval of EL006713 means that on-ground exploration activities such as soil sampling and rock chips can now begin, with initial targets focusing on the proposed strike of quartz veins which the Board believe are hosted within the Dimocks Main Shale. In addition, the source of the alluvial gold within the western headwaters of the Madame Berry Deep Lead may reside within this new tenement.
