Buggar this is a quiet old thread :-)

Nigel Wray has just bought 20%.

Directors just took £500K in the placing.

Someone or a couple of people buying 600K and 1m today @ 2.75p when the market price was 2.25p.

MD getting the boot and the FD taking over as COO.

A good turnaround play?

On the move again, recent director buys underpinning the share price. Maybe a change in trading fortunes or something which is not in the public domain yet IMHO. ;--))

The final results for last year came out on 16/9/03 so should be around the same timing this year. Like any other share should start to see volume increase on the run up to results. Here's hoping they are good.

Lord Lukan - I'm no expert on tele-voting platforms and SMS, but since you ask, I think itu looks ok if you want some exposure to that sector. Has a calendar year end and 3 different brokers all say that after losses this year, it will move into profit in 2004. I have 2 small worries: first, that the shares are already up from about 14p to over 30p, so maybe the best of it is behind us, and second that tv viewers and consumers generally are very fickle, and might get bored with some itu products - but then, they'll probably have something new ready for launch.

The fact remains, for itu, cho or anything else, there are only 3 things which support a share price: assets per share, if its an investment company of some kind, or a company effectively liquidating itself; earnings per share, if its an ongoing trading business; and ramping, if its a small cap stock with little else in its favour. But both assets and earnings can support a share price indefinitely; a ramp is only going to be of limited duration.

In the case of cho, I can't see assets or prospective earnings to support any of the wild claims about where the share price is going.
