Posted at 23/7/2005 16:33 by cheltspy I am afraid its another example of something coming to the market with a failed attempt at any acquisition, which simply provides a annual salary for its director(s).Well under AIM rules if nothing happens by september it converted back to cash at less than half the current price. |
Posted at 14/7/2005 08:37 by tyranosaurus Did you heed my post 25 dated 30 Nov 04:Glow shareholders have been shafted and this outfit is run by the same people. You have been warned. Check out the share price performance since that date. |

Posted at 11/8/2004 16:21 by balmcake CTJust for info, one to watch, I had some very good info five or six years ago on Synstar and it rose through the clouds from sixty odd pence to £1.80 at which point I bailed out (although it zoomed on to £2.30). Just been punted for a takeover by Hewlett Packard at offer price of £1.00 and could make it a target for other bidders. Might be a good hold if your interested but DYOR. Balmcake |
Posted at 03/8/2004 08:26 by clocktower Hit the nail on the head Balmcake, I think you will find there is a lot going on in the background. However, yours is a story that most of us have done at one time or another. Would you mind disclosing more info on that subject..avg price now..volume held. I maybe able to help. CT |
Posted at 02/8/2004 12:28 by balmcake Hi CTBeen a tad busy with staff off during the hols hence the delay replying. I've watched Glow for some years having been a shareholder since the days of Stordata, (and on the advice of a friend), Got in and got mugged at £0.26 with a few top ups at various lower values so anything upwards from the present depths would be a bonus really. I, (IMHO),don't see exactly what BLG is all about but am curious as to why Mr H needs another company when it would appear that he has his hands full turning around the fortunes,(paradoxica This purely strengthens my curiosity and at least gives me some hope of positive news to come. I take the odd look at trading volumes but have not been on top of it in recent weeks. I'd guess the pattern is all sell at the moment but....where there's a seller there's a buyer. Look forward to your posting. Balmcake |
Posted at 24/7/2004 10:55 by clocktower Sorry balmcake,I just have not had time and it is still a bit early to comment in depth. However, as I said well worth watching but I take it you think that this could influence Glow. As you stated though, the conection is of interest, is it not. Have you been following the share volume/movements in Glow? CT. |
