Following their issue, the Placing Shares will represent approximately 29.34 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital.

£3.5m at 6p = 58.3m placing shares x 3.4 = 198.22m shares = 100%

according to this section below there will be approx 198m shares in issue afte dilution. Please correct here if i am wrong.

198m x 0.06p = £12m market cap

Implementation of the Proposals will result in certain of the Bidstack Shareholders being deemed to be acting in concert for the purposes of the Takeover Code. The Concert Party will hold 72,908,422 New Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 36.67 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital.

In addition, if all the Management Options and the Replacement Option held by, or to be issued to, members of the Concert Party were exercised (and no other Share Options or Warrants are exercised), the Concert Party would hold a total of 100,207,922 New Ordinary Shares representing 44.32 per cent.

I have indeed been in and out of KIN and FITB before it.Apart from one blip, the share has been a money spinner for me as I took advantage of the two big spikes. It has been an interesting ride so far and BIDS promises to yield the opportunity for further capital appreciation.

Very simple sir.Mudbath has been in kin for a while. Shareholders were diluted and 99% of holders had their holding worth basically less than a £5."New holders" will of course do well, if the company does well. But old shareholders will need this at x10+ higher to get their old money back!I'm ready to enter when the shares trade

I'm not sure Ravin quite understands this. The number of BIDS shares held when trading starts will be exactly the number of 'KIN Useless shares held when suspended. No further dilution. Not really that complicated.

I must say that if you seek an investment that is recommended by the biggest loser on ADVFN;one which has never generated any return for shareholders(ever) and one where the share price only declines month after month, year after year, then LEG is the stock for you.
Otherwise,keep very well clear.

Bidstack is a "game changer" literally and bodes very well for KIN shareholders once RTO completes in next couple of months or so. Advertising Agencies and Clients alike are sure to want to engage with such a clever and effective subliminal advertising/sponsorship proposition such as this given the size stickiness and levels of engagement within the global gaming community. The perfect antidote to "ad-blocking" technologies. Kerching!

Good to see a markdown in the KIN share price.
We might see 6.75/7.00,or lower, pence as a base before any fresh upward movement.
Those significant holders that we know of, all look pretty solid investors to me,so hopefully something good will emerge from this shell situation.

Share prophets had this to say about companies that held a Chris Akers connection,

"If one takes a step back, this is actually incredibly impressive.
The share price growth of each of Audioboom and Concha in particular in such a short space of time is pretty astounding, one being a ten-bagger and the other a thirty-bagger, if you timed it right. Investors could easily have already “bagged” with EVR Holdings too.
EVR Holdings is playing out in a very similar way to Audioboom two years ago for very similar reasons. The market is potentially huge, the business model of the actual company is nascent and untested and so can be hyped accordingly and who knows, perhaps this business will be the next big thing."

Chris Akers tweeted yesterday that,

" Kin Group AIM cash shell completed £1m placing at 5p with high profile shareholders backing the KIN Board to make a compelling RTO in next 3 months."

To me, it looks as though the current opportunity to buy into KIN at a similar price to that paid by these "high profile shareholders",is one that should be considered seriously.

In the circumstances,we might see the KIN share price strengthen somewhat over the next few days.
