PARIS (Thomson Financial) - French mobile telecoms operator SFR said it will
launch its buyout of the remaining 20.13 percent it does not own of fixed-line
operator Neuf Cegetel on May 19.
The offer of 35.90 euros per share was approved by the French stock market
regulator on Thursday.
The offer is scheduled to close June 13.
