Result of AGM
The Annual General Meeting of Accident Exchange Group Plc was held at 11:00am today. All
resolutions put to the meeting were duly
passed.
In accordance with Provision D.2.2 of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance,
information in respect of the proxy voting received for
each resolution will be made available on the Investor Relations section of the company's

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of all the resolutions passed, other than those
concerning ordinary business, have been
