Results of AGM and Dividend Payment
The directors of Triple Point VCT plc are pleased to announce that all the
resolutions proposed at the Second Annual General Meeting of the Company held
earlier today were passed unanimously.
The Board are also pleased to confirm that the first dividend of the Company, in
respect of the year ended 31 March 2007, of 2.3p per Ordinary Share will be paid
on Monday, 17 September 2007 to all members registered on the Company's Register
of Members on 31 August 2007.
