Caliber Global Investment Limited ("Caliber" or the "Company")
Net Asset Value - February 2008
As at the close of business on February 29, 2008, Caliber's unaudited company
only Net Asset Value per share ("NAV") was $0.69 (January 31, 2008: $0.83). The
unaudited company only NAV excludes those non-recourse special purpose vehicles
which contributed negative net assets to the unaudited consolidated NAV as at
February 29, 2008.
The unaudited consolidated NAV was $(4.13) at February 29, 2008 (January 31,
2008: $(3.26)).
The movement in the unaudited company only NAV and the unaudited consolidated
NAV reflect further deterioration in pricing during February.
The monthly movements in the company only NAV and the unaudited consolidated NAV
for Caliber are not a guide to the core profitability of the portfolio, the
distributable earnings for the period or the likely level of returns to
shareholders as part of the orderly process of returning capital.
