LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Mercury Recycling Group PLC posted a higher
first half pretax profit on higher sales and said future prospects for the
company "look very good."
The company, which recycles fluorescent light tubes and sodium street
lights, said pretax profit for the six months to June 30 rose to 110,000 stg
from 68,000 stg last year. Revenue rose to 1.3 mln stg from 1.2 mln stg.
