    Issue of New Shares on Exercise of Options

    Following the exercise of 2,000,000 Options at 2p on 29th July 2008, Matra has duly issued
additional ordinary shares of 0.1p.

    Application has been made for the admission of the new shares to AIM on 2nd August 2008
and subsequent to this issue Matra will have a
total of 463,251,205 shares in issue.
