The directors of Triple Point VCT plc regret to announce that Louis Stourton
Greig has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 15 June 2007
for personal reasons.
The Board wish to thank Mr Greig for his contribution to the Company during his
time in office and wish him every success in the future.
However, the directors are also please to announce that Robin David Morrison has
agreed to become a director of the Company in place of Mr Greig with immediate
effect.
