Director, had disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares on 30 January 2006 at $0.1190
per share, disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares on 2 February 2006 at $0.1200 per
share, disposed of 200,000 ordinary shares on 26 January 2007 at $0.1200 per
share and disposed of 200,000 ordinary shares on 31 March 2007 at $0.1467 per
share. Mr Marvin is now interested in 18,000 ordinary shares representing
