MILAN (Thomson Financial) - Autogrill SpA said that full-year preliminary

double-digit growth at its US unit HMSHost and at its Aldeasa joint venture with
Altadis SA.

Sales and EBITDA figures are in line with indications the company gave in

Net debt is expected to have risen to 1.200 bln eur at the end of 2007 from
780.5 mln at the end of 2006 due to acquisitions.
