SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. late Monday
reported a first-quarter net loss of $16.4 million, or 44 cents a share,
narrower than the mean 46-cent loss estimated by analysts polled by Thomson
Reuters.
The net loss in the year-earlier quarter came to $12.6 million, or 42 cents
a share, the San Diego-based biopharmaceutical company said.
Revenue fell to $806,000 from $1.96 million a year earlier, compared to the
mean analyst view of $1.77 million.
The stock closed the regular session up 5 cents at $8.06.
