Dividend Resolution
The Board of Lowland Investment Company plc announces:
Dividend on the Ordinary Shares
That a third interim dividend of 10.0p per Ordinary Share of 25p (2014: 9.0p), in respect of the year ending 30 September 2015, be paid on 30 October 2015 to holders registered at the close of business on 9 October 2015. The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 8 October 2015.
This brings the total of the dividends paid to date to 30p (2014: 27p), 11.1% higher than last year.
