Exercise of Options & Total Voting Rights
Following the exercise of 25,000 share options, which has been settled by the transfer of shares from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, the total number of voting rights in the share capital of the Company, excluding treasury shares, is 179,863,580.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
