Poundland Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 19th August 2015 the grant of 489 options under the Poundland Sharesave Scheme (the 'Scheme') to employees in the United Kingdom and Irish Republic over 462,217 Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'Shares'). Each option is exercisable at an option price of 276p exercisable in three years' time from the grant of options
