Bryan Collings, non-executive director of fastjet, is the 100% shareholder in Coppin Collings Limited which in turn owns 52% of HEXAM Capital. Further to these transactions, HEXAM Capital holds 11,046,279 Ordinary Shares in fastjet, representing approximately 16.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.
