Issue of Equity from exercise of Share Options
The 600 Group PLC ("the Group"), the AIM listed distributor, designer and manufacturer of industrial products (AIM: SIXH), announces the issue of 2,750,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options. A total of 2,750,000 options were exercised at 10p generating cash proceeds for the Group of GBP275,000.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on or around 16 July 2015. The new Ordinary Shares which have been placed with an institution will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Group will increase to 92,357,957 Ordinary Shares.
