Corporate Update

Further to the announcement of 29 June 2015 the Company announces that in line with his statutory duty, the Examiner appointed to REACT (and its related companies) today presented proposals for a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") to reconvened meetings of the Company's shareholders and creditors. The proposed Scheme was unanimously approved by shareholders present and by a significant majority of creditors present.

The Examiner will now go to the High Court in Ireland to lodge the Scheme, the results of the meetings of shareholders and creditors and the recommendations of the Examiner with the Court.
