Further to the announcement on 25 June 2015, the Company confirms that, save as set out below, there are no disclosures to be made under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to either David C.L. Frauman (non-executive chairman) or David Thomas (executive director).
David Thomas was a director of Melrose Resources plc between July 2007 and October 2012 and was a director of Petroceltic International plc between October 2012 and April 2015.
