Sound Oil, the Mediterranean focused upstream gas company, is pleased to update investors on directors' percentage interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares following the completion of the Open Offer, which are as follows:

**Gerry Orbell is interested in a total of 1,198,353 Ordinary Shares - and not 1,304,466 Ordinary Shares, as previously stated (including in the Company's circular dated 21 May 2015 in relation to the Open Offer). Gerry Orbell's interests include 801,687 Ordinary Shares held in the name of Sogdian Limited.
