DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Amara Mining plc, the AIM-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that John McGloin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, acquired ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 May 2015.

Mr McGloin acquired in total 271,249 Ordinary Shares; 199,910 Ordinary Shares at 15 pence per share and 71,339 Ordinary Shares at 14 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr McGloin and persons connected to him are interested in 1,559,985 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.37 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
