The Company is pleased to announce that Bryan Collings has been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Bryan founded, and is the sole shareholder of, Coppin Collings Limited. He owns equity stakes in and is Chairman of numerous businesses through Coppin Collings.

Bryan founded and was Managing Partner of HEXAM Capital Partners LLP in 2006 until 2012. During that period he increased the assets at HEXAM from some $13 million seed investment to a peak of almost $2 billion. He purchased a 52% stake in HEXAM from Standard Life Investments, inter alia, in December 2014.

His previous experience is Executive positions at Baring Asset Management, Deutsche Asset Management, and Invesco. Bryan is a previous recipient of investment awards in the UK, and holds a M.Sc. in Economics and a CFA.

The names of all companies and partnerships of which Bryan Alexander Coppin Collings, aged 49, has been a director or partner at any time in the previous five years are set out below:

Bryan is the 100% shareholder in Coppin Collings Limited which in turn owns 52% of HEXAM Capital Partners LLP. HEXAM Capital Partners LLP holds 11,087,504 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 16.69% of the issued share capital of the Company.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
