Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Vesting of the 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan

Following the vesting on 16 April 2015 of the 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan, Carole Cran, Debajit Das and Asterios Satrazemis, Executive Directors of Aggreko plc, undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company:

Carole Cran

Carole Cran acquired a total of 839 ordinary shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for nil consideration.

Subsequently, Carole Cran sold 396 ordinary shares at 1598p per share to satisfy the tax liability arising from the award.

Debajit Das

Debajit Das acquired a total of 1,457 ordinary shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for nil consideration.

Subsequently, Debajit Das sold all the shares at 1598p per share.

Asterios Satrazemis

Asterios Satrazemis acquired a total of 1,707 ordinary shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for nil consideration.

Subsequently, Asterios Satrazemis sold all the shares at 1598p per share.

The total number of interests held by the Executive Directors following these transactions are as follows:

Carole Cran: 8,890 Shares owned outright, 4,082 Share Interests subject to deferral and 63,370 Share Interests subject to performance.

Debajit Das: 39,149 Shares owned outright and 104,232 Share Interests subject to performance.

Asterios Satrazemis: 47,367 Shares owned outright and 109,380 Share Interests subject to performance.

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R.
