AcenciA Debt Strategies Limited ("AcenciA" or the "Company") announces that it has been formally notified by James Le Pelley, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, of his intention to step down from his current position as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the end of the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2015 ("the 2015 AGM") and he will therefore not be seeking re-election.

The Company confirms the new Chairman will be Mr. William Scott who is well known to Shareholders as a long serving Non- Executive Director. Mr. Scott will be seeking re-election at the 2015 AGM.

Mr. Scott commented:
