Pre-Close Trading Statement

GB Group, the identity data intelligence specialist, provides the following trading update for the year to 31 March 2015 in advance of the release of its annual results.

Group Trading Performance

The Board is pleased to report that the Group has achieved a strong set of results ahead of market consensus, delivered through solid growth both organically and from our acquired businesses. The Group expects to show an adjusted operating profit of not less than GBP10.5 million (2014: GBP7.2 million) representing a year on year increase of approximately 46%.

GB Group intends to provide a more detailed trading update on its results during the week commencing 20 April 2015 ahead of its annual results announcement which is expected to be issued during the week commencing 1 June 2015.

Commenting on the results, Richard Law the Group CEO said:
