Annual Report and Accounts
Interim Results for six months ended 31 December 2014
On 1 December 2014, the Company announced that its securities had been suspended on AIM pending a notification to clarify REACT's financial position and that it was not able to issue its final results for the year to 30 June 2014.
Although funding discussions remain on-going as announced on 20 March 2015, due to the uncertainty surrounding the Company's financial position, the Board is unable to conclude on the going concern position of the Company at this time. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Interim Results to 31 December 2014 due to be issued at the end of March 2015 will not be issued until clarity is achieved on the financial position of the Company.
