NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
In conformity with the Transparency Directive The Vitec Group plc (Vitec) is required to announce to the market the receipt of notifications of major interests in shares.
Vitec received the attached notice in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that Delta Lloyd NV and its Group of Companies has a notifiable interest in 5,934,680 ordinary shares of 20p each in Vitec, being 13.39% of the issued ordinary share capital of Vitec.

Vitec is a global provider of premium branded products and services to the Broadcast and Photographic markets. Vitec is listed on the London Stock Exchange with 2014 revenue of GBP309.6 million.
The Group is organised in two Divisions:
