Update re Admission of New Shares
Further to the announcement released by Roxi on 19 February 2015, the Company announces that only 500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") will be admitted to trading on AIM on 25 February 2015. These Shares will be admitted pursuant to the previously announced exercise of options
Following admission of the 500,000 Shares the total number of Shares in issue for Roxi will be 875,692,280.
Roxi has no shares in Treasury, therefore this figure may be used by Shareholders, from Admission, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
