Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN), the institutional stockbroking company, today announces the appointment of Luke Johnson as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment will take effect on 20(th) March 2015 subject to regulatory approval.

As at February 19(th) , 2015, Luke Johnson is interested in 2,174,612 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, representing 10.76% of Arden's issued share capital. Further disclosures required by paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to the appointment of Luke Oliver Johnson, 53, are given below.

Sunday Business Newspapers Ltd entered administrative receivership in July 1997. Luke Johnson had previously been a Non-Executive Director of the company until his resignation in March 1997. The company was dissolved on 18 May 2004.

Utility Cable PLC entered administrative receivership in September 1998. Luke Johnson had previously been a Non-Executive Director of the company until his resignation in May 1998. The company was dissolved on 23 November 2007.
