Exercise of Sharesave Award 
 
The Company announces that today, 3rd December 2014, David Marock, Group Chief 
Executive Officer, exercised an option over 8,146 ordinary shares of 1p each in 
the Company ("Shares") at GBP1.1048 per share under The Charles Taylor Consulting 
Sharesave Scheme 2007. 
 
Following this announcement David Marockand his connected persons hold a total 
of 462,328 Shares equivalent to 1.07% of the total voting rights of the 
Company. 
 
 
 
The Company also announces that today, 3rd December 2014, Jeremy Grose, a PDMR 
of the Company, also exercised an option over 8,146 ordinary shares of 1p each 
in the Company ("Shares") at GBP1.1048 per share under The Charles Taylor 
Consulting Sharesave Scheme 2007. 
 
Following this announcement Jeremy Grose and his connected persons hold a total 
of 9,107 Shares equivalent to 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
